Training-Based Program

Our Professional Training & Internship Program is an educational service. Participants pay for comprehensive training, mentorship, hands-on project experience, and career development support – not for certificates. The program fee covers:

• 12-16 weeks of structured curriculum and training
• One-on-one mentorship with senior developers
• Real-world project assignments and portfolio development
• Career guidance and interview preparation
• Access to our professional network and learning resources

Certificate Requirements & Earning Criteria

Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the training program, including:

• Completion of all curriculum modules and assessments
• Successful delivery of assigned project work
• Demonstration of competency in required technical skills
• Meeting attendance and participation requirements

Certificates serve as proof of skills gained and work completed during the program. We do not sell certificates. They must be earned through demonstrated performance and cannot be obtained without completing the required work.

Career Support, Not Guaranteed Placement

Professional Development Credential

Our training completion certificate is a professional development credential that validates participation and successful completion of our program. Important clarifications:

• Not a Degree: This certificate is not equivalent to a university degree or academic qualification
• Not Government-Issued: This is not a government-approved or government-issued certification
• Industry Recognition: The certificate is recognized within our professional network and partner companies
• Skill Validation: It demonstrates practical skills and project experience gained during training

Enrollment & Assessment Requirements

Admission to the program is selective and merit-based:

• Applicants must complete an application form and technical assessment
• Selection is based on demonstrated aptitude and program fit
• Enrollment does not guarantee certificate issuance
• Certificates are earned through program completion, not purchased through enrollment

Program Fees & Refund Policy

Program fees are non-refundable after the first week of training. Participants who withdraw must still complete payment for services rendered up to the withdrawal date. Specific refund terms are outlined in the program enrollment agreement.

WebNexaLabs retains ownership of our proprietary technologies, methodologies, and general knowledge. Our website content, logos, and branding materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables specific to their project, excluding our proprietary tools and frameworks. Intellectual property terms are detailed in individual project agreements.

By Client: Clients may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for completed work and any applicable cancellation fees, are specified in individual project agreements.

By WebNexaLabs: We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other clients.
